These condos have been brought to life by the ownership that brought you Sueno del Sol resort (www.suenodelsol.com). Canadian entrepreneurs in the retail and hospitality sector that fell in love with the San Patricio area several years ago. The first creation is right next door to Sueno Condos. It is a 12 suite Boutique hotel complex that was a renovation of an existing property. It has truly been a lifelong dream of this development team to land themselves on the Mexican Oceanfront. It is our goal to provide homes to the purchasers of these units that meet all of the dreams of living in Paradise in Mexico. As foreigners to this beautiful country we have navigated many of the concerns regarding owning property in another country. As this is a titled property we can provide the security that both foreign investors as well as domestic ones need to feel comfortable in the ownership of their new home.
